Specific absorption rate distribution evaluation in a different substrate for hyperthermia treatment

Hyperthermia treatment procedure (HTP) isatreatment that uses high heatgenerated from electromagnetic (EM) waves, which is about 42 °C to 45 within a particular duration. However, poor focus position distance on the treated tissue has become significant concern among researchers since it may contribute wide area of unwanted hot spots, lead severe adverse health effects healthy tissue.This paper presents specific absorption rate (SAR) distribution evaluation different microstrip antenna substrates with electrical permittivities, contributing sizes patches, then provide attainment SAR tissue. Operating frequencies 434MHz, 915 MHz, and 2,450 MHz 10 W operating powerare utilized. ASEMCAD X used conduct simulation in obtaining distribution, determines tumour (malignant tissue) sizes. Based results, suitable substrate for frequency 2,450MHz RT5880, RT5870, while RO3210 RT6010 performed their best at 434MHz 2,450MHz. The finding this study can be further research optimizing development HTP.
